At Prisha Jewels we want you to be 100% satisfied with what you purchase. As a result, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied you have 7 days from the date of receipt within which to return the product. Please note that all products must be sent back in their original packaging, in 'resaleable condition' with all tags intact and in unused conditions. We do not refund postage cost.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept earrings ; pierced items and hair products back and as such no refunds will be given on these items.
UK Law requires any Sterling Silver above the weight of 7.78gram (only the silver weight and not the total weight which includes the gemstones)to be hallmarked by one of the four UK independent Assay Office. Hallmarking is done in order to protect the consumer. All items are tested to see if the said item is actually what it says it is.
Products which Prisha Jewels import in to the UK are hallmarked at the London Assay office. Products which Prisha Jewels purchase in the UK are already hallmarked by the supplier at their relevant Assay office.
Using Our Site
You must be 18 years of age or over to use this site. You must use your own credit card for purchases. Items bought on this website cannot be resold for profit. You must agree to our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. If at any time we become suspicious of any fraudulent activity or find that you are in breach of our Terms & Condition we have the full right to cancel your order.
It is your duty to provide us with the correct e-mail address and information. We will not be held responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong address provided by you. This is of paramount importance since an e-mail will be sent to you as soon as you place an order on the website. You must also provide us with the correct phone number. When you place an order with us Protx will notify us if there is anything suspicious or not correct, as a result we may need to contact you. Some instances maybe when your credit card comes up as not registered to the address you have provided us. We take our customers security issues very seriously, and this is in order to make sure that no one is using your card to fund their shopping. So please do not be offended if we call you, this is done to protect you. Our motto is "Better safe than sorry". We will try to contact you by phone first and then by e-mail.If we do not hear from you within 24hrs we will cancel your order and make an immediate refund . If you then wish for your order to be sent you must make a new order.So if you require Next Day Delivery please note that there maybe a delay if we cannot get in touch with you for clarifications.
If you require an item to be gift wrapped please let us know with any wording for the recepient. There is no extra charge for this.
Please note that we operate on an ‘invitation to treat’ and not on ‘an offer for sale’ basis. What this means, is that, when you place an order on our website you are making us a legal offer, which we may or may not accept. A legal contract will only come into force once we notify you thru an e-mail that we accept your offer.
We have tried to make shopping on our site as easy as possible. Once you have decided to purchase your item you will be taken to a secure server .Protecting your interest is of paramount importance at Prisha Jewels as a result of which we use the world recognised Paypal. We have changed over to Paypal due to customer request. Prisha Jewels does not store nor do we have access to any of your credit card details. The only details we do store are your contact details which we need in order to process and send out the order. All prices will be in British Pounds, and if you are using a credit card issued by a foreign Bank, your bank will convert the purchase amount into your local currency based on that days exchange rate. Other charges may apply by your bank.
FOR CUSTOMERS NOT COMFORTABLE IN USING PAYPAL, WE ARE CURRENTLY SETTING UP GOOGLE CHECKOUT, SO THAT WE CAN SEND YOU AN INVOICE.
FOR UK CUSTOMERS WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CHEQUES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY SEND OUT THE JEWELLERY ONCE YOUR CHEQUE HAS CLEARED.
Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been sent by you and cleared. Till this has occured all products will remain the property of Prisha Jewels.
Product and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any pricing error which may be the result of human error or software problem. Should an item be listed with an incorrect pricing due to typographical error or due to an incorrect pricing supplied by our suppliers Prisha Jewels will have the right to refuse or cancel any such contract regardless of whether or not your order have been confirmed by your credit card and charged. We will in such an event notify you thru an e-mail will the correct pricing. You will then have the opportunity to decide if you would want to proceed with the sale. If you decline to proceed we will refund credit back to you.
We always make sure that we have all items in stock if they are displayed on our website. When an item is out of stock you will find the caption ‘out of stock’ under the said item picture or the products might temporarily be removed from the site. In the unlikely event that there in an inventory problem and you have purchased an item which is not in stock, there will be a delay in despatching your item. We will notify you in such an event thru e-mail. You will have the right to cancel your order.
We aim to despatch your items within 4-5 days upon receipt of payment (provided items are in stock). We send our items mainly thru 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail. If you need it urgently for next day we can use Special Delivery. Please note that we charge either £5.95 or £ 13.25 for Special Delivery (please see details below). This includes postage and packing. And we charge £3 .60 for First class Recorded Mail. Please note that if you want your item delivered using Special Delivery you must place your order by 12pm for next day delivery. We will not be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strike or any other reason associated with the Post Office or Royal Mail. Please note that orders above £30 can only be sent by Special Delivery, this is due to insurance.
Please be aware that once a delivery option has been chosen and the order has been placed you cannot change it later on to a different delivery option. This is due to the system we use. In such an event we would have to refund/void the transaction and you will have to place a new order.
FREE DELIVERY ON ITEMS OVER £85 (ONLY IN THE UK)***
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FREE DELIVERY OVER £85 IS ONLY VALID WHERE NO DISCOUNT VOUCHER GIVEN BY US IS USED. So for eg If you spend £90 your delivery is free, but if you use our discount voucher for £30 off, your total would come to £60 which means you will be charged the appropriate Postage. Either way you get something for free!!!
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR POSTAGE COST KINDLY DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IN THE BAD HABIT OF BUYING AN ITEM AND RETURNING IT SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF JUST CHANGING THEIR MIND.. IN SUCH INSTANCES WE WILL NOT ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT WITH YOU AND WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY AS SOON AS YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER.

2. SPECIAL DELIVERY-GURANTEED DELIVERY BY 1PM TO MOST AREAS
Next Day Delivery -£ 5.95
With this method of postage £500 compensation is included. Items must be ordered by 12pm Monday-Thursday for guranteed next day delivery (Bank Holidays and other holiday period and weekends are not included)
This method must be used when the total value of the products are above £30.( Items will be dispatched within 1-5 days if in stock). Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your parcel.
3. SPECIAL DELIVERY - GURANTEED DELIVERY BY 9AM TO MOST AREAS
Next Day Delivery -£13.25
With this method of postage £1000 compensation is included. Use this method only if you really need to have the product delivered by 9am. Otherwise use delivery by 1pm. Items must be ordered by 12pm Monday-Thursday for guranteed next day delivery. (Bank Holidays and other Holiday period and weekend are not included). Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your parcel.

For countries not listed above , items will be sent by International Signed for. Delivery may be between 7-10 days. If for any reason Airsure cannot be used ,items will be sent by International Signed for. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your parcel. As a result of which we do not post to PO BOX addresses. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to countries where the rate of fraud is extremely high or where delivery services are unreliable and cannot be guaranteed. At present we do not post to Military bases. Please bear in mind that you may be liable to pay for local import taxes and duties. Prisha Jewels will not be liable. If in doubt please contact your relevant authorities before placing an order.
Lost or Late deliveries
If for any reason you are experiencing any problem with your delivery please contact us and we will do our best to help you We will provide you with a recorded delivery number and you can contact the post office regarding your item. We can only replace or refund an item after 4 weeks when Royal Mail is happy to classify your item as lost. Prisha Jewels will not be held responsible for late or lost items.
We personally check each item before they are despatched to our customers. In the event you receive an item which is defective or you simply change your mind you have 7 days to return an item. In the event of defective item you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of the defect. Once you have received your RMA number you must post the items within 7 days back to us. If you keep it longer it is at our discretion if we will accept it back.Before returning an item you must e-mail us for a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). This number must be written clearly on the outside package and not on our boxes. All returned items must be in their original packaging in unused condition with all tags attached. If we find it has been used and there are make up marks and perfume smell you will not be refunded anything.We cannot accept returns for pierced items (earrings etc) or hair products (hair clips) due to hygiene reasons in accordance with the present law. Please note that you will only be refunded for the price of the product and not the postage.
We strongly recommend you use appriopriate form of posting which includes insurance when returning your items. Best is to use Special Delivery for the UK. This is in order to protect you. If an item is deemed lost or is damaged on route to us and you have no insurance then we will not refund you and we will send the damaged goods back to you for which you will bear the postage cost. And if you do not pay for the postage we will then simply bin the damaged item. Please note that you must send items back in their original packaging. In the event that you fail to do so and the said item is damaged, you will not be issued a refund.
We will not offer any refund for items that are custom made or specially ordered for you. If you have received a free gift with a purchase and you are sending the item back you must send the free gift back as well, unless they are pierced items or hair products whereby you will then be charged for them since we cannot accept such returns.
Once the returned goods are received by us we will refund the said amount to your debit/credit card within 30 days. Please note that the amount will be credited to the original card used.
Please make sure that when returning an item the RMA number is written on the outside package and do not write the word jewels or any other indication that jewellery is inside as that would only attract unwanted attention and could result in theft. Please just use 'Prisha' and not 'Prisha Jewels'. Thank You.

We strongly urge you to use the form on the Contact Us page rather than phone for a quick response . E-mails are checked on a regular basis even out of office hours. But if you feel you need to speak to someone regarding your order than by all means do call .
At all times we will do our utmost in providing you the correct price and description of the products sold on our website. But we will not be held responsible for any misleading description supplied by our suppliers. Prisha Jewels does not give any warranty, guarantee as to its accuracy and will not be held responsible whatsoever to the said customer for any loss which may arise. We will also not be held responsible for any loss suffered by you from using or your inability from using our website. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our website is free from any viruses.
All images on the website are magnified for you to take a closer look at the products and are by no means an indication as to the exact size. Where possible we have given you measurements, but please be aware that these measurements are only approximate. Since most of our products are handmade and made using natural items you may find that no two items are 100% exact and there may be variation in colour or texture. There may be at times be slight defects due to the items being from nature. In such instances we advise you to contact us so that we may either replace the said item or offer you a refund if you so wish. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
As a result of entering into a contract with Prisha Jewels you agree that any disputes will be dealt exclusively by the Courts of England & Wales and governed by English Law.
